Sit-ups – Would you like to replace your belly with flat abs? This is what most desire and it’s really not all that hard if you discipline yourself. Just do 10-15 sit-ups each morning before you eat breakfast. This way, you’ll really be able to get rid of that abdominal fat and get a great workout. Increase the number of sit-ups that you do when you can and you should see good results.

Stretch exercises should be done – These will really help your muscles and the rest of your body. You can do these stretches when you do Yoga or Pilates. And it doesn’t even cost much. It’s actually enough to do running or swimming stretches. Just make sure that you break a sweat when you are doing these stretches so that you will know for sure that you are doing them right.

Do leg exercises – Much of your fat is stored in your thighs and aren’t easy to get rid of. But simple jogs around the park and even few short sprints can help you out. Walking is the easiest and best thing to do but you need to have the time to do it long enough to sweat and work your muscles. These exercises will help you feel and look great.
