Veggies and fruits should be eaten – Did you know that most fruits and veggies can help you lose weight? Many fruits and veggies contain nutrients that stop your body cells from absorbing fats. After that the fats are flushed out of your system through your sweat, or urine. So all you have to worry about is how to get rid of the other fat that has already been deposited in your body in the past.
