Eating less means losing more – Usually, people will eat less to make sure that they deposit less fats into the body. You’ll obviously lose weight if you starve yourself, but crash diets aren’t healthy for your body. The best thing you can do to lose weight is to not eat as much fatty foods, and try to eat more healthy foods that hardly contain any fat. Some of these less fatty foods that will actually help your body to not absorb fat are vegetables like lettuce and cabbage and fruits like apples and oranges.
